Welcome to Astorian Hill School!
My dream of creating a school patterned to international standards has finally come into fruition. The experience of residing in New York City and the opportunity to visit the great preparatory and Ivy League schools in the Northeast Region of the United States, the travels around European cities and exposure to variety of International Schools has opened my mind to the idea of creating a learning environment of global standards.
The hallmark of the Astorian Hill School system is the commitment to a dynamic private school environment where every student is safe, welcome and engaged in the school community. Every educator that will serve the Astorian Hill School system will be there to support and inspire our students to grow intellectually, emotionally and socially, so that they graduate with the academic skills and the grit, tenacity and work ethic necessary to achieve their dreams and beyond.
One of the greatest strengths of our community is the level of investment our parents have in their children’s education.
The challenges brought to us by the recent global pandemic, the global instability we are experiencing in our daily lives should not limit our desire to prepare our children to achieve excellence and the solid foundation needed to stay in this competitive world.

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENT:
Our School President has completed The Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) offered by the Harvard Business School. It is a multi-course certificate program for PreK-12 school leaders. It is an innovative collaboration between the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and Harvard Business School (HBS). Bridging the fields of business and education, CSML integrates expertise in managing teams and organizations with best practices in school and instructional leadership, to provide school leaders with frameworks, skills, and knowledge to effectively lead and drive change improvement in schools.
Hosted on the highly interactive HBS Online platform, CSML offers participants the opportunity to reflect on and apply the course learnings to their unique context, while interacting with and learning from a global network of school leaders.
The CSML certificate is comprised of the following four courses: Leading People, Leading Learning, Leading School Strategy and Innovation and Leading Change which can be taken independently or completed together in any order to earn a comprehensive certificate- The Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML).
